DINING BENEFITS

• 50% discount on the total food bill when 2 persons dine.
• 33% discount on the total food bill when 3 persons dine
• 25% discount on the total food bill when 4 persons dine.
• 20% discount on the total food bill when 5-20 persons dine.
• 20% discount when the member dines alone.

(Only applicable in the restaurant for food and non alcoholic beverages)

BEVERAGE BENEFITS

• 25% card discount on total beverage bill.
• HAPPY HOURS- Monday-Sunday: Buy any brand of Indian beer,wine (Per Serve) and regular available IMFL brand of drink and get the same one complimentary at Venice outlet of the Hotel for member and their guests between 10.30am to 6pm.
• 1 certificate entitling the bearer for a complementary bottle of Indian house wine while dining on a table of minimum 4 guests.

(Membership card holder can either use the card discounts or the Happy Hours benefit on the beverage bill)

ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS

• One night Stay on CPAI basis for 2 persons *** ( Complimentary Breakfast)
• One certificate entitling the bearer for a room stay for two person on EP @ 50% discount on the best available rates (Subject to availability)
• 50% discount on the published room tariff on Weekdays (Mon – Fri) and 40% discount on Weekends (Sat – Sun) between April and September. *
• 40% discount on the published room tariff on Weekdays (Mon – Fri) and 30% discount on Weekends (Sat – Sun) between October and March. *(it is not applicable from 20th December 2015 till 5th of January 2016 & Nehru Trophy Boat Race Days)
• 2 certificates entitling the bearer to a complimentary upgrade to the next higher category of room when the member pays at the rate, e.g. 25% discount. This is a transferable benefit.
• 2 certificates for a second night complimentary stay when the first night is paid at rack rate. This is a transferable benefit, is valid any day of the week and is subject to availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1Primary membership fee is INR 12,000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) including govt: service tax @12.36%

2The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.

3 The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership card is
non-transferable.

4 Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5 Room bookings must be made through Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey Backwater Privilege Member's Help Desk. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporate are not eligible for any reduction

6 Rooms are subject to club allocation, availability, prior reservations through the club office and taxes as applicable shall be extra.

7 In the event that the certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced. Money will not be refunded in such a case.

8Lost membership card can be re-issued via a written communication to the club manager & will be replaced at a fee of INR 500/-. The membership card can be replaced only once during the entire year

9 Room night stay certificates enclosed in the membership package is valid for use at the specified hotel and is for one time use only and has to be utilized in full. Taxes as applicable shall be extra.

10 All certificates can be used only at Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey with Prior Reservation.

11 The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

12 Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or revalidated. Only one Food/Beverage certificate can be used per visit.

13 No two certificates can be used together and card benefits will not apply while using a certificate (while redeeming the Complimentary cake, Complimentary dessert, Complimentary wine and complimentary single Mexican starters certificates, card benefits will apply).

14 Outside eatables and drinks not allowed while dining at the Hotel

15 The reduction can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one card can be presented per table/party

16 The benefits as given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.

17 Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey reserves the right to not offer the certificate benefits during any special promotion, event or Food festival. Full Membership benefits will not be available on Christmas, Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day, Onam Day and New Year Eve celebrations at the hotel.

18 Presentation of the Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing the Reductions under the programme.

19 Membership card discounts or any Voucher benefit will not be applicable on all inclusive packages on rooms.

20Not applicable on 7th and 8th of August (Nehru trophy boat race).

21Only one benefit/discount available on one transaction, Discounts/Certificates can't be clubbed together.

22 Not applicable for travel agents.

23The discount offered on Food & beverages are applicable for Members only.
